2017
Founding Switchfully
Co-founded Switchfully as an internal venture at Cegeka and built a full-stack training track centered on coaching, craftsmanship, and career transformation.
2020
Tech Lead at Acerta
Took on the tech lead role within a 10-person Cegeka team building a new payment engine for Acerta, one of Belgium's largest payroll and social security providers.
2023
Becoming a Freelancer
Moved into freelance work to stay close to delivery, collaborate with strong teams in new contexts, and maintain a high bar for software quality.
